  2. Place the chicken drumsticks in a bowl or a resealable plastic bag. Coat the drumsticks with the prepared curry paste. Allow them to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or preferably longer for more flavor.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together unsweetened coconut milk, fresh lime juice,  coconut aminos, and  fish sauce.
  5. Place the marinated chicken drumsticks in an oven-safe dish. Pour the coconut milk mixture over the drumsticks.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
  7. Ensure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
